Project Title
“Improving energy efficiency at TERMOINSTAL.”

The objective is to improve the energy efficiency of the production, warehouse and office building through thermal modernisation, reducing operating costs and emissions of CO₂ and other harmful gases.

The project includes insulation of walls, ceilings, ground floors, flat roofs and roofs; replacement of windows, doors and entrance gates; modernisation of heating and domestic hot-water systems; elimination of linear and point thermal bridges; and installation of a photovoltaic system.

These measures are expected to save 2,699.54 MWh of primary energy per year, representing a 97% reduction in current primary-energy demand for the area covered by the project.

After completion, the building will be used for prefabrication of piping components, steel structures and sheet-metal insulation cladding, and for preparation of other semi-finished products used in installation and assembly projects, which are the company’s core activity.

The project is addressed both to TERMOINSTAL and to recipients of products in its offering.
