Machinery Park

    Our machinery park, based on Schwartmanns technology, enables precise prefabrication of sheet-metal insulation cladding components with high dimensional accuracy and full repeatability. This ensures faster installation, trouble-free fitting and durable, aesthetically finished systems.

        FLEX CUT 2

        The FLEX-CUT 2 cross-cutting machine is used for cutting, embossing and beading sheet metal for the production of insulation pipe cladding and for pre-cutting blanks for the UNI CUT 2 universal cutting machine.

        • Coil width: 1,000 / 1,250 mm
        • Repeatability: ±0.1 mm
        • Aluminium sheet thickness: up to 1.0 mm
        • Galvanised steel sheet thickness: up to 1.0 mm
        • Stainless steel sheet thickness: up to 0.8 mm

          UNI CUT 2

          A program-controlled universal cutting machine used to cut and mark geometric contours from straightened sheet metal. The system is designed as a gantry cutting system.

          • Working area: 1,250 × 2,500 mm
          • Aluminium sheet thickness: up to 1.2 mm
          • Galvanised steel sheet thickness: up to 1.0 mm
          • Stainless steel sheet thickness: up to 0.8 mm

          Additional features:

          1. Servo-motor drive.
          2. Marking system for material lists, production details and CAD drawings.
          3. Custom development of special programs.

            RSM 1

            A machine for rapid rolling of pipe cladding with double beading on both sides.

            • Sheet width: 1,000 mm
            • Aluminium sheet thickness: up to 1.0 mm
            • Galvanised steel sheet thickness: up to 0.8 mm
            • Stainless steel sheet thickness: up to 0.6 mm

            Concave and convex beads are formed simultaneously while the pipe section is being rounded. Beading rollers are available with R = 2 mm and R = 3 mm radii.

                An electrically driven rolling machine for forming sheet metal into cylindrical and conical components.

                    A motor-driven machine used for beading, swaging and lock forming in sheet-metal fabrication.
